This hands-on course will introduce methods for inferring, analysing, comparing, and integrating biological networks from RNA-seq data using R and Bioconductor.
 
Topics include:
Gene co-expression networks (GCNs)
Network comparison and functional analysis
Network-based gene discovery and SNP-to-gene mapping
Gene regulatory networks (GRNs)
Network visualization
The course is aimed at researchers and students in systems biology with a working knowledge of R. Familiarity with RNA-seq and Bioconductor is helpful but not essential.
