We are pleased to announce the online course “Exploring and Visualizing Omics Data”, taking place on 25–26 November, from 13:00–17:00 CET each day.

 This two-day course provides a practical introduction to iSEE, a Bioconductor package for interactive exploration and visualization of omics datasets, with a particular focus on single-cell and bulk RNA-seq data. The course combines introductory lectures with hands-on exercises, including interactive data exploration, reproducible workflows, and applications to participants’ own projects.
 
The course is aimed primarily at students and researchers with some familiarity with sequencing and single-cell data.
