Multilevel and Mixed Models with AI is a 2-day seminar livestreaming October 7 and 9 with Michael Zyphur (Instats). Model genetic and phenotypic observations nested within populations, lineages, sites, or repeated samples. Estimate mixed effects, cross-level interactions, and multilevel indirect effects in R and Mplus. Diagnose specification problems and use simulation to connect hierarchical evidence with evolutionary inferences.
