Dear all, We are pleased to announce our upcoming Genomic Data Visualisation with R course, taking place online on 14–16 December. Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/genomic-data-viz-r/ This practical course covers some of the most useful visualisation techniques in genomics, using R and Bioconductor. Over three days, participants will work with plots for gene expression, genome statistics, metagenomics, comparative genomics, phylogenetics, synteny, and pangenomics. Topics include volcano plots, PCA and t-SNE, heatmaps, pathway visualisation, Manhattan plots, phylogenetic trees, Venn and UpSet plots, ideograms, synteny plots, and pangenome graphs. The course is aimed at researchers with basic familiarity with R who want to improve their ability to visualise and communicate genomic data.
