Interactive apps can make evolutionary datasets easier to explore and communicate. Data Apps in Python with Streamlit led by Ari Lamstein (American Statistical Association) is now available as an on-demand streaming seminar. Python and Streamlit can turn complex evolutionary and genetic datasets into interactive data apps with filters and dynamic visualisations. Participants use pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub, virtual environments, and reproducible project structures to build and deploy an app. Evolutionary researchers can apply these skills to share explorations of genetic variation, trait data, or population patterns with collaborators and audiences.
