Epigenetic variation can be investigated alongside evolutionary and genomic processes. Analysis of DNA Methylation 2.0 led by Aline Muyle (Institute of Evolutionary Science of Montpellier (ISEM)) is now available as an on-demand streaming seminar. Process WGBS, PacBio, and Oxford Nanopore data to infer methylation patterns from genome-scale sequencing. Analyse cytosines, differentially methylated regions, haplotype-specific methylation, gene expression, and natural selection using bioinformatic workflows and R. Apply these methods to evolutionary questions in organisms with a draft reference genome, including epigenetic diversity and adaptation.
