We are looking for a postdoc to join our BBSRC/NSF-funded project looking at how gene copy number variation shapes host-microbe interactions.

We welcome applicants from organismal biology, evolutionary ecology, developmental biology, immunology, genomics, or bioinformatics backgrounds. You should have a strong interest in connecting genomic variation to phenotype and have hands-on ‘omics experience in an invertebrate or non-model system. Comfort with both wet-lab and computational work is essential; transgenics experience is a bonus.
