We are recruiting a 3-year postdoc to lead sedimentary aDNA reconstructions of alpine plant communities as part of a larger NSF-BoCP funded collaboration to understand alpine plant resilience across the northeastern United States. We are hoping for applicants with experience in either paleoecology or plant genetics, and there will be opportunities to contribute to genomic analyses of demographic history and adaptation as well. The postdoc will be located at the University of Maine in Jacquelyn Gill's lab (https://jacquelyngill.wordpress.com/) along with collaborative work with project Co-PIs including my lab at the University of Vermont (https://kellerlab.weebly.com/).
