Hi everyone,

we offer a fully funded 2-year postdoctoral position starting early January 2027 as part of ERC Starting Grant TrackFLU project (https://trackflu.inrae-envt.com/). The position aims at identifying the drivers of avian influenza viruses evolution and transmission in live bird market networks in Cambodia using longitudinal epi and genetic data collected as part of the project. The postdoctoral candidate will be based in our epidesa (https://epidesa.weebly.com/) research group (Toulouse, France).
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a PhD degree in disease evolution, epidemiology or related disciplines. Prior experience in phylodynamics and strong interest in animal health is required.
